== History == The term was first coined in 1824 by a self-proclaimed professor, Edward Skissue I, as a response to the "UNDERTALE" time-travel incident. That same year, shortly before his untimely death, he founded the Skissue Foundation, with a couple of other dedicated civilians. The organization is dedicated to the study, classification, discussion, and protection against such “Skissues.” The Foundation, also named in his honor, served as both a salon for eccentric thinkers and a repository for documented Skissues from across Europe and, later, the Americas. Though often overlooked by mainstream academia, the concept of the Skissue persisted in underground circles of the Skissue Foundation.
