Mr butt swaddle is an [[expert]]. Do you think you're smart? think again when you are in the presence of mr buttswaddle (HINT: like right now!).. 

my buddy carl told me that he met mr buttswaddle. buttswaddle was a beautiful person who was covered in [[snow]] even though it was the middle of summer. carl asked him "why are you covered in snow" but mr buttswaddle never responded. Cold...

He can be identified by his Rump Badge. this Badge was stuck onto his Rump by a mischievous young person (we can assume). Mr Buttswaddle hasn't noticed yet because (in case you didnt get the memo) he is an EXPERT. 

He is suspected to be a user of the "[[skissue]]" phenomenon. This potentially makes him very dangerous. He may not always have the upper hand as is common with the users of "skissue" but it is certain that your hand will be lower than his. as is the nature of "skissue".
