LineageOS is a custom Android distribution and provides the same experience across the many different devices it supports. LineageOS is great! You can root it easily and you don't have to add the dumb AI garbage Google puts in your Pixel.
Controversy
[edit | edit source]The Nightly Monday March 16th, 2026 update has broken my custom Magisk module that changes the font to Papyrus. This is messed up. It also cleared my background so I had to put it back. They also took the option away that lets me change the colors of my phone theme for some dumb reason. They are taking my rights away one by one
